Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using SnapPulse AI ("the Service"), you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Educational purpose only
SnapPulse is an educational product. It surfaces patterns, sentiment and a confidence score derived from public market data and X chatter. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. No buy or sell recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Free tier and trial
Each user receives 3 Snap & Analyze runs for life — tracked server-side. Beyond that, a 3-day free trial unlocks the Pro tier; the subscription auto-renews at the end of the trial unless cancelled in your store account at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancel anytime via the App Store or Google Play.
4. Subscriptions & refunds
Billing is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through their standard subscription flows. Refunds are governed by their policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. Restore Purchases is available in the app's Settings.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass quotas.
- Do not use the Service to provide investment advice to third parties.
- Do not upload illegal content via the Snap feature.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roguebyte is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from trading decisions made on the basis of, or in connection with, the Service. Markets are inherently risky.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live data is sourced from third-party providers (CoinGecko, Binance, X) and is subject to their availability.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Étienne, France.
