My snap analysis didn't go through.
Two things to check first: (1) the chart needs candlesticks (line charts won't analyze cleanly), (2) avoid heavy reflections / glare on the screen. Re-snap with the chart in full-screen and good contrast.
Where do I cancel my subscription?
Manage your subscription from the App Store or Google Play directly:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SnapPulse AI
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
I lost my history after switching phones.
Open the new app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your anonymous account is bound to your platform account once you sign in with Apple / Google.
Delete my account / data.
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete account. One tap, immediate. Or email privacy@roguebyte.io.
