Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
SnapPulse AI is a mobile application published by Roguebyte. This policy explains what we collect when you use the app or this website, why, and how to exercise your rights under GDPR.
2. What we collect
- Account identifier. An anonymous Supabase user id, generated at first launch. Required to track your free quota and sync history across devices.
- Snap analyses (results only). The text result of each analysis is stored so you can review your history. The raw image is processed at the edge and dropped immediately.
- Usage counters. The count of snap analyses consumed against your free / pro tier — kept server-side to enforce quotas.
- Crash & performance signals. Anonymous Sentry events when the app crashes; no personal content.
- Product analytics. Anonymous PostHog events (screen views, feature taps), EU-region storage, no PII.
3. What we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email, address or phone unless you actively choose to upgrade with Sign in with Apple / Google.
- We do not store the raw chart photos or screenshots after analysis.
- We do not run third-party ad tracking and we do not sell data.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored on Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) and processed at Cloudflare's edge. The Grok / xAI inference call is the only path where image bytes leave our perimeter; bytes are not retained by us afterwards. Refer to xAI's policy for their handling.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, deletion or export of your data at any time. Account deletion is a one-tap action in Settings → Account in the app. You can also email privacy@roguebyte.io.
6. Cookies on this website
This website does not set tracking cookies. We use localStorage only to remember your language preference.
